COURSE SUMMARY:
The environmental management systems (EMS) introduced by The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), in particular, the ISO 14000 Series, have been increasingly adopted worldwide. The ISO 14001:2015 published on September 15, 2015, was designed to respond to the latest trends and ensure compatibility with other management system standards.
The new version of EMS introduced has undergone major changes to respond to the latest trends, such as an increasing recognition by companies of the need to factor in both external and internal elements that influence their impact, including climate volatility. Overall, the updates add clarity to the environmental management system requirements.
This training course is designed to provide participants with an overview of environmental issues and their impact on the development of the new version of the Environmental Management System.
